We are looking for: storytellers, writers, social media strategists, web and graphic designers, art directors, marketing gurus, experience designers, and game designers.
Take part in a hyper-collaborative writers’ room experience. Help design a multi-faceted, multi-platform narrative experience that takes audience perspective to an unprecedented level.

TMA 341: Writer’s Room
Writer’s Room is a multisemester writing experience offered by the TMA Department to give students an opportunity to work together to create and develop original screenplays for television. We are planning to produce two of these screenplays for BYU Television in Summer of 2013. Apply by bringing a letter of intent, resume, and three 1-paragraph ideas to Kyle Stapley in the TMA Office (D-581), or send them to kyle_stapley@byu.edu.
TMA 384 Section 12: Digital Video Technologies
We are starting up Sam Bilodeau’s Digital Video Technologies class for the fall. This class is open to all students on campus who want to learn more about the history of Video Technologies, how it has evolved to today, and how we can use it in our lives.
TMA 458: Hands on a Camera
Hands on a Camera is a service-learning project where film students are placed in local high schools where they mentor high school students in documentary production; the project explores the intersection between media literacy, documentary production, and community storytelling. If you are interested in being a part of this two-semester project, register for TMA 458 this Fall!
