|Job Summary||Development Support: Provides complex administrative support for Major Gifts and Planned Giving.|
|Responsibilities||Donor relations including accurate data management, preparation and timely distribution of solicitation materials, acknowledgements, and other communication/correspondence. Identifying prospective Broadcasters Club members and Legacy Circle donors. Assist in scheduling and implementation of 1:1 meetings, small group gatherings, and major events to cultivate prospective donors and engage/acknowledge current members. Track donors by maintaining documentation and compiling reports, update metadata file. Liaise with staff on local projects and assist marketing with outreach to targeted audiences. Other duties as directed.

|Minimum Qualifications||Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalency; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required. Experience which includes fundraising, grant and publication writing, planning and implementing special events and programs and a successful track record in raising donations is preferred.|
