Women in Business is a prominent club on campus based out of the Marriott School that brings together ambitious men and women to explore the challenges women face in the workplace. Our activities include formal dinners and events featuring guest speakers from various industries who offer professional and personal development. It is not exclusive to business students, and it is open for both women and men. This semester, our focus on the brand management team is to recruit men to the club from across campus, but more importantly to raise awareness for some of the challenges women face professionally. To do this, we need your help to create a short, 3-5 minute video sharing facts about women in the workplace, and conducting short interviews to get more information about how BYU students view working women.
We’d like to get this done by the end of the semester, and we do not anticipate more than a few hours of filming. We will need your help to edit and compose the video, however. This video will be circulated for the near future on all our social media platforms, so we are hoping to make something awesome. Contact Misha Putnam at (505) 412-8841 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you are willing to help us out!
