Shift: Morning (During 8 AM – Noon)

Hourly Wage: 8.75

Detail-oriented person needed, with excellent communication skills, to perform the following duties: answer questions about BYU Broadcasting entities over the phone and help people see the need to donate to BYU Broadcasting through email and phone calls, work to achieve team and individual goals on a daily and monthly basis, contribute to a positive sales/customer service-oriented environment, data entry, mailings, out-bound calls, and other related duties as assigned.
Although most calls are in-bound, students are expected to invite viewers/listeners to donate to BYU broadcasting and start/renew subscriptions on every call.

Qualifications:
Previous customer service and sales experience preferred; self-starter who works well with little or no supervision, excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as great attention to detail; strong computer skills needed. Applicant should feel comfortable talking on the phone.
Must have regular and consistent attendance at scheduled shift.
Must be able to work mornings Monday-Friday during Fall semester.  Shift starts at 9:00 a.m. Three to Five hours need to be worked a day. Preference will be given to those able to stay for Fall and Winter Semesters as well.
