Any Hour Services is looking for an innovative and creative videographer/photographer to create assets for customer-facing social campaigns, contests, how-to and instructional videos and internal lifestyle, training, and day-in-the-life videos. Must also have strong photo and video editing skills as well as the ability to take creative direction from the marketing manager and to work with a creative team. This is a full- or part-time position; hours are flexible to accommodate student schedules.

What You Actually Do: Using your videography and photography genius to create assets for customer-facing social campaigns, contests, how-to and instructional videos and internal lifestyle, training, and day-in-the-life videos. You’re deploying your photo and video editing skills. You’re collaborating with a highly innovative creative team to create marketing campaigns unlike any other in the service industry. You’re creating big ideas and watching them reach thousands of consumers.

-Strong knowledge of all aspects of filming, animating, editing and producing videos for online marketing use
-Self-starter, able to work independently with little direction when necessary
-Ability to work well with other members of the marketing team—including graphic designers, copywriters, project managers, and event coordinators, etc.—in an office setting
-Ability to take creative direction
-Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
-Strong time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects at the same time
-Software proficiency required: Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
-Experience shooting on a DSLR as well as a mirrorless camera
-Basic audio recording knowledge
-Basic knowledge of lighting
-Post production workflow
-Video and photo editing
-Create media, video and photographic content of and for events, trainings, biographies, incentive trips, and products for Any Hour Services
-Purchase and maintain all video and camera equipment including lights, cameras, drones, lenses, etc.
-Travel to various locations to film highlight videos as well as interviews and testimonials to be edited for online posting
-Create and produce how-to, contest, and informational videos
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Prepare secondary footage for use in productions (B-roll)
-Digitally edit all videos and photos
-Maintain and upload to various video channels as required, such as YouTube
-Stay up to date with best practices for digital video production and online user experiences
Not Required but Would be Awesome:
-Directing and/or producing experience
-Proficiency in drone operation
